Re-Visits
When a second appointment is requested for additional or repeat photography, additional fees may apply. If you would like to request a re-visit to your property, please contact me for pricing.

Aerial drone HDR photography and 4K videography using the DJI Mavic Pro 3 Cinema drone to provide the best possible resolution and video quality.
Real Estate Slideshow
Video slideshow of your property photographs to set to music offers a hands-free display of the photographs taken for your property.
Virtual Twilight Photography
Virtual twilight photography transforms daytime property photos into stunning twilight scenes through advanced editing techniques, offering a beautiful and realistic alternative to traditional twilight photography.
Detailed Photography
Detail Photography includes up to 25 additional close-up photos of special architectural features, focal points and upgraded fixtures of your property.
Matterport 360
Matterport 360 virtual tours using the official Matterport Pro 3D camera to provide the absolute best resolution and tour performance. Pricing is based on the square footage of your property.

I offer a variety of different services that you can book in addition to your HDR Interior & Exterior Photography package! Please see below for pricing and packages.
Additional Editing
Additional fees will apply if additional edits aside from standard editing are requested for photographs. Examples of additional edits include removing objects from the photo, changing colors of objects, virtual staging, day to dusk, green grass adjustments, fixing maintenance issues, etc. If you have any questions or require additional edits, please contact me through my contact form.
Day to Dusk
Add-on aerial drone HDR photography and 4K videography to capture the exterior of the property and surrounding area.
Virtual Staging
Add-on HDR photography of the amenities offered with your property's community.
High Quality Wall Art
I am now offering custom wall art featuring my original local photography that captures the beauty of our surroundings and adds a unique, personal touch to any space. Each piece is professionally printed and crafted to enhance your home or office with stunning, high-quality imagery.

Pricing & Packages
All available packages are available for $500 for properties in Wilmington. Additional package add-ons are available for an additional $50 each. Properties located outside of Wilmington will require an additional $50 trip charge.
