HDR Interior & Exterior Commercial
Photography
I am now offering commercial photography packages! Please contact me to discuss pricing of this package as well as your needs.
Professional interior and exterior photography will be captured utilizing the best architectural camera and lenses to produce the highest quality photos for your MLS, VRBO, Air BnB listings, or commercial websites.
Re-Visits
When a second appointment is requested for additional or repeat photography, additional fees will apply. If you would like to request a re-visit to your property, please book an appointment with me through my booking form.
Aerial Photography
Add-on aerial drone HDR photography and 4K videography to capture the exterior of the property and surrounding area.
Real Estate Slideshow
Add-on a video of your properties photographs to offer a hands-free display of the photographs taken for your property.
3D Floor Plans & 3D Digital Walk-Through
3D floor plans and 3D digital walk-through renderings are available. 3D color floor plans include furniture and provide a virtual model of a property's floor plan from a bird's-eye view.
Detailed Photography
Detail Photography includes up to 25 additional close-up photos of special architectural features, focal points and upgraded fixtures of your property.
Authentic Twilight Photography
Add-on authentic twilight photographs to capture your property's beauty on-site during sundown.
Matterport 360
Add-on Matterport 360 virtual tours using the Matterport Pro 3D camera to allow your audience to view your property in a different perspective. Pricing is based on the square footage of your property.
Real Estate Video
Add-on a real estate video to transform your property into a captivating 1-2 minute cinematic movie experience all set to music to showcase your client's home in its full visual splendor.
2D Traditional Floor Plan
Add-on a 2D floor plan for your property with total square footage and room dimensions aligned with the ANSI Z765 standard set by Fannie Mae for gross living area measurements.
Amenities Photography
Add-on HDR photography of the amenities offered with your property's community. Pricing based on number of photographs. Can include beaches, boardwalks, shopping centers, etc.

Solo Services
If your are looking to book one of the add-ons listed above without the HDR Interior & Exterior Photography package, I offer solo services as well! Contact me to discuss prices and custom package options that will fit your needs!

Neighborhood Amenity Photography
Solo HDR photography of the amenities offered with your property's community. Additional fees will be applied for photographs requested outside of the community including beaches, boardwalks, shopping centers, etc.

Additional Editing
Additional fees will apply if additional edits aside from standard editing are requested for photographs. Examples of additional edits include removing objects from the photo, changing colors of objects, virtual staging, day to dusk, green grass adjustments, fixing maintenance issues, etc. If you have any questions or require additional edits, please contact me through my contact form.
